» Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services  provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

As per Agiletrips Tours and Travels flexible payment model, we will entertain cancellation requests from our customer until up to 24 hours prior to the trip actually taking place,. Post this period, the customers will not receive any refunds from us. Following are the terms for cancellation and refund:

STAY

1. If traveller cancels stay or reduce duration less than 24 hours of final date- no amount will be refunded

2. If traveller cancels the stay within 24 hours of departure date- 50% of stay amount will be refunded

3. If traveller cancels the stay before 24 hours of departure date- 100% of stay amount will be refunded

OTHER ACTIVITIES

1. If traveller cancels an activity within 24 hours of departure date- 50% of activity amount will be refunded
2. If traveller cancels an activity before 24 hours of departure date- 100% of the activity amount will be refunded

TRANSPORT

1. If traveller cancels the transport within 24 hours of departure date- 50% of transport charge will be refunded.
2. If traveller cancels the transport before 24 hours of departure date- 100% of the transport charge will be refunded.

The refunded amount will be at description of Agiletrips Tours and Travels basis on time of cancellation, transaction charges levied by payment gateway PayuMoney (Visit payment policies) or payment wallet Paytm and other service taxes.

In case the cancellation is done by agiletrips.com owing to weather or any other reason that is not in our control, full amount will be refunded to the customer or they will be presented with suitable alternatives.

Refunds are being processed within 15 days period however, we shall not be liable for any default caused in processing the refund amount owing to the delay caused by the processing bank.

The booking done by a customer is a final booking. No changes regarding reducing the number of people attending, date of trip and trip itself will be entertained. If there is a change by customer, you will have to fore-fit the booking amount and make a new booking for the new trip.

In case the cancellation is done from our side, because of any reason, the full booking amount will be refunded.

If the customer fails to pay the remaining amount of the trip before a given date the trip will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be given on the trip. There will be no refunds for no show.
